You have been disconnected

I completely updated the client with RPG and can successfully log in to the 15x server.  Every time I click on Empire I get a You have been disconnected message and have to relog.  I've tried probably 15-20 times since last night into this morning.  Is that just the message people receive if the server is full? Or is something wrong on my end?

Yes, I think it's normal. I get the same message sometimes. You have to keep trying.
