How I am desperate? I am not the one running away from the most popular server to some random 'L2Final'.

1) I dont think so there is retail like so it will las much longer to get 85.
2) I agree that 3-7x is diferent form 20x so i think that oly some will go there from RPG. These servers have diferent base of community.
