ppl will still play, but after 1 or 2 weeks, and they see russians have noble+prophecyes, and they are on a grade still trying to get cabrio, will desmotivate alot of people and make them quit, then switch to the h5 x7 server. (the lower the rate, the more the no-lifer gains advantage, in this case, 99% russia)

split community, and ill bet my dick that the x3 will end up as 85% RU server, there allready is no "big" international clans going there, and like 75% of all the 5-10 party clans that were going there, will probably go to the h5 server.

not sure if im right, but wouldnt the difference be the same in a x7 too? if russians no-life in a 3x, they would no-life in a 7x and you would always be behind anyway. iv played mostly high rates and i dont really care if its 3x or 7x or ++++x

played retail long time ago. i must say x1 rates were alot more fun than mid rates. thing is you wont get fast  to end game level and gear to pvp every day (and that is  if you find somebody since everyone is lvl 85 .100%) but on low rate people are forced to actually keep farming for a long period of time. so all these major spots early game IT pagan fog will be always crowded with grps getting levels and later hellbound. people dont know that pve keeps pvp alive
just an example: you go to mass pvp at baium. lose 5% from 3 hours of mass pvp. what you gonna do on x3 when youre lvl 75-80? go back to xp but on a mid rate youre already 85 who needs xp? log out and play something else.

100% disagree, that will motivated ppl to farm and get best gear, like a competition. This is my own experience in low rate.
Maybe 12years old kids will get demotivated
