in gracia final skillas that are 15 min or less are rested in every match and it isnt working here so pls gm fix it

yeap, it works for some skills and items (talisman of divine protection, servitor barier, servitor UD) and not works with others (talisman of life) :\

everything with reuse under 15 mins = reset on port to arena
everything with reuse above 15 mins = not reset

gtfo, agro :/ im saying how its works here, works different from how it must be. Tested on x1k and x1 oly, lot of skills were refreshed and some were not (all have cd <15min).

This is good idea also, since oly starts and ends for allot ppl while they are on work.
