ip protection

it seems i cannot get ip protection to enable for my account. is there an issue with the website and chrome browser or am i doing something wrong? i just want to enable the protection for my master account, and not the in-game account. when i apply the ip and preferences, the page reloads and my information is not set.

never mind. i just re-logged to the account website and tried again and my issue was resolved.
