Its 8 ppl who makes u mad cuz they promise how active they will be etc and at 21:00 gmt +1 they are 4 online and in 3 days they cry omg u farm too fast,  w8 for us and respect cp or leech us all. Just my experiences...

9 players who decide to play on a server  with a certain setup or party  with a constant schedule every day 7/7 days of week
And they usualy use a program like teamspeak or ventrilo to comunicate and improve theyr game play .
