vote coins rewards

i have 2 questions about the vote coins rewards (the vitality accesories):
1. do the vitality accesories give vitality for 3 hours? continuously?
2. if i unequip the accesory or go offline, the accesory will "consume" it's time?
please answer:)

1. - they act like vitality herbs and buff from them is only for 20 minutes.
2. - if u unequip them or go offline they consume their time too.
and reuse of vit buff is longer then their duration  so imho its better to save coins for cake

if u R solo,its netter to buy those solo items.....1 hour=6 coins....cake=7
