FORUM ACCOUNT PASSWORD EMAIL PROBLEMS

First of all, not real TitoZ here.

the thing is:

i forgot my forum account password, and when i try recover, in web says me put nick in forum or email adress, so i put nickname, and it says mail has been send to me, but i wait, and wait, and wait, and it never arrives.

any1 has same problem? maybe the GMs could check it and fix?
