Huge chat ban

posting for my friend since he ain't using forums atm to ask if it's possible to decrease time of chat ban, since he is chat banned for 2-3 days already and he has about 8.000 minuts more of chat ban, noticed ppl are getting 600 now so it would be nice if he could get it reduced somewhat cuz this chat ban is a killer.
