Anyways i don't think you need to announce the new server that much, many people visit this forums and see how things going (personally, i check almost everyday) so we can expect a server highly populated even without announcements.

I am of the opinion that the new server will be even more overcrowded than ussr in the beginning( well in case of gf chron ofc)
Well, in the first server i should inform my clan and my cp for the opening of the ussr but now even some random ppl in my neighbourhood know about the new server . So I really believe that Moderators have already done an excellent promotion for this server.
