The server  USSR [x15] is temporarily unavailable because of network breakdown in DC for the second time today.
This does not depend on us, swearing with DC.

Angry DC stuff restarted server, though they were given clear instructions not to do it in any case.
Server was rolled back to 01:30 GMT+3.
As compensation all players will get packs with runes and other gifts.
