Cant take seven signs girl of doubt quest

I just reached 81 lvl and got message about seven signs quest, and when i try take it, in the message window written that im supposed to be 81 lvl but im already is. Whats wrong?

if you have all the quests from 79lvl set finished (starting from Croop and finishing at Wood in Aden), i would suggest you to wait for a server restart and if it dont get fixed make a ticket to admins to check it. if you are lucky there will be server rr this night

thanks, i figured out myself i need all 79 quests done, but looks like part 4 is epic, dont have idea how to make it
