We made this quest at the time u did, and without problem, so maybe its one time bug.

no it's not actually. what he did is, he failed and then he tryed to use items gotten by quest from fail attempt in new attempt.
it doesn't work like that Bob. go delete items, take quest again and do it then.

tell me 'bout it i pvped 3 hours for it xD (didn't wanna let other guys do it ) xD
and then few fail attempts cuz of quest rate sucked
