Problem to enter forum page and login game

I have a problem to enter the page of the forum, I can only enter using a proxy server. maybe some gm or admin can help me.

I have same problem, i only can join in the forums with a proxy server.. Something is wrong with the server..

And delete cookies is not the problem, i already delete the cookies from mozilla and ie explorer and btw still cant join without proxy in the forums..

Yup, now i cant see the index of webpage.. I think the web are blocked from some countries, please Josce check this incovenience.   

Ps: At moment i using my smart phone to see the forum.

I sure is about block some countries ip, all my friends here cant join at forums and server main website, as ingame a lot of times they cant log in successfull.

Can we get some respond from the staff? More and more people start to have this problem but most of them can't even open the forum. Any help regarding this problem will be appreciated. And no, using proxy servers don't work because they get blocked after first use.
