When does it occur? Thought it was on sunday or monday, but still got 0 open oly matches left.

if month starts sunday u will get points every sunday if month stars tuesday u will get in tuesdays  ;]
i hope u understood (for instance this month(february) points every wednesday(tomorrow)

You can know when matches will reset according to the day when the month start
Example : February started on Wednesday, matches for this month reset every Tuesday after olympiad end, so you have 70 new matches when olympiad start at Wednesday
