Insane delays/lags on 2nd client or more

Anyone got the same problem ? You log your main, it's all fine, you log a 2nd client and this one is lagging like shit and you can't do anything ?
Sometime when you restart client 3/4 times you finally get "normal" one but wtf is that ?

Well i log simultaneous accounts and i dont get that problem, hope you can fix it asap.
