2nd class quests are very fast since gracia (compared to what it was in older chronicles).

they are somewhat shorter and give adena and much more xp(the second testimony gives about 750k XP on 1x),but overall they are the same shitty "korean sick imagination" quests.

The 2nd class quests have had the quest item numbers required drastically lowered and the chance to get them increased to 100% in most of the cases.
For ex. trial of the seeker medusa part, instead of having to get 30 quest items with a 30% (or something like that) chance, u have to get 10 with a 100% chance. Get it now?

server is INTERNATIONAL (well it's said). and ingame languages were already discussed when x30 was started.
noone will ban anyone (i hope) for speaking russian or whatever.

also, the guy isnt "spamming" from what i see. if 1 message in russian is spam for you - mate, you're racist
