ok so i play on private server x15  freya , i want to enchant my skills all for pvp,olympiad cose i dont need anymore exp im 85 100%.

so i will enchant skills ( tell me if something rong ) :

Vortex : Chance                                                      Fear: Chance
Hydro Blast : Power                                               and other 3 skills on duel ....
Ice Dagger : Chance                                           
Crusher : Power
Frost Bolt :Power
Resist Aqua: Power
Freezing Skin:Defense
Aura Flash : Chance
Surrender To Water : Chance
