well global / ru global cap is 5k so i thing it's really much but that doesn't change the point that the server is attacked by butthurted servers with moded c4 servers (that's my opinion on who's attacking)

Server is being DDoS, what type of lag or what crap are you talking about ?

Server stats showed 6.3k yesterday I dunno if that stats are accurate and/or real but that's the max. I saw

What I know if that we reached 5k so far and that now server is probably beeing DDoS'd as they announced IG multiple of times.

and i don't see, why another server could help at all: yesterdey, it ran smoothly with more ppl on (only couldn't pass login for 2 hours) and now it's lagging like hell, normal delays too, not only item lags. so only two things imho: ddos attack or something fucked up (in db, in restart script, ...)

It's a ddos attack. The attack started since 5x started with little breaks here and there.

I guess everyone saw yesterday (while the login and game server WEREN'T under ddos) that the server behaved exceptionally with close to 5k on. I was impressed just like everyone else that played yesterday by how good it worked. Yes, there were some small item lags and a few lag spikes here and there, but overall, for a first day, it was superb (except the 2 hour ddos on the login server). Just use your own judgement and you can easily see the truth : )

Yes, i must admit that ingame performance was one of the best i ever saw at the start of new server. Seems admins did a good job with server after all.

first day there was no ddos because of the changed ip adress of the server i guess you have an idea who's doing this to u?
