It's unmanaged hosting provider so it's up to Alice or whoever bought dserver to protect it against DDoS.

Most of hosting providers use smth like 'blacklist' from cisco standards and when the destination IP adress
(in this case rpg-club's servers) receives more than X  flows per second then source IP adress is automatically
blacklisted for x minutes/hours and it's all from provider and their support.

If it's not enough and purchased server plays away every attack and protocol implementations overheat
so it's first step to buy good protection packet 3rd company.

So germans can be smart, intelligent, stupid or weakminded and other but they won't do anything becouse it's not their problem, It's specially dedicated problem to Alice or any other from owners.
