what more information you expect? you wanna know when support goes to pee or what? the info we got was enough - "server is under ddos attack  and we dont know when it will be back online and stable". Any info about the way they are trying to solve the problem is useless for you, since 90% ppl here dont know even how to install L2-rpg client.

PS: i would suggest the RPG team, when server goes back stable, to set a "server opening" time with announce of 1-2 days before, so ppl will know when the game is back to normal, and keep it closed till than.

Just so you know people was able to log yesterday for several hours, we had no announcement about it, we didn't know what was going on, and before that, that's why people started this ''9000 topics'' Michael is talking about, we weren't informed about the situation until today that Alice did an announcement, we are not blaming anyone, we now know what happened, but we weren't informed about the bad support from their host provider, DDoS attacks are common and they should be handled in hours.

As you noticed, server went down again after few hours of working (and there were still ppl that cant log) => they didnt solved the problem => no new info about it. I guess they are putting server online to test a possible solution, which cant happen if server is offline (cause they cant ddos an offline server).

BTW, was this Alice's post from today usefull for you? it was nothing different from the previous. I guess she can "copy-paste" it every day so she will make you happy.. thats what you want?

Dear friends!

Unfortunately, the DDoS attack on the servers continues.
We do our best to stop it, but the servers are still unavailable from time to time, and many players can not enter the game (this is related to protection against DDoS).
All compensation issues will be solved after the work of the servers stabilize, and the event will be launched then so that everyone can get the presents.
Take advantage of the situation, spend time with friends and family in real life.

Dear players!

Current situation is the following:
Our hoster can not provide us adequate protection and stable work of the servers under current circumstances.
There's no question about moving servers now - it would have taken several weeks (preparing the hardware like we use takes about a month).
We have been entering into a contract with a specialized third-party organization that will provide us with quality protection from DDoS attacks.
As you may guess, negotiations and actions are slow because of the new year holidays - ppl barely move.
Therefore the stabilization of the servers may take several more days.
We hope for your understanding and patience and will try to adequately reward your patience by compensations.


In the second announcement is were we get detailed information about what is going on, and why this has taken so long, 1 day after this ''testing'' were some people was able to connect and some wasn't, It doesn't seem like a copy/paste to me, does it?

Can you explain me, how the fact that they will (eventually) sign a contract with a thirt party company about ddos protection and that they will not move servers from current data center, will change your life? or will help you  to log-in in game?

All servers are in different host?.. Like x1000 and others.. Because i dont understand why only x15 is down.
