It called lithuania :) Download speed 1 MB/s, but from this web, download speed only 200kb...

I live in Lithuania to and i dont have any problems with download speed 2mb/s so let me to  rephrase question what third world net provider u have TEO JIS GYVAS ? :D

Pain of Shillen is a selfbuff, you need to level it (lv 3) by taking damages, when it's done, you can use Spirit of Shillen (pretty powerfull buff that last 1 min)
