dual dagger elemental, looking for opinion

Here's the thing:
have normal icarus dagger and blows +earth. Today bought icarus dual dagger +25 wind. I don't know if I should make it stricte pve dagger by going +holy or maybe if I should make it +earth as well or maybe leave it +wind, since vesper shaper +wind seems to be bit more popular than +earth.
Want to find out from H5 specs. if using dual daggers in pvp makes any sense. Dual dagger provide extra blow, but from what I've heard land rate of regulars blows (deadly, bs, lethal) is lower comparing with singular dagger. Dunno if it's true. Another thing: singular dagger has CD SA while dual has focus.
To conclude:
1. is it just my opinion/observation or is vesper shaper wind is more popular than earth?
2. which dagger is better in pvp in H5? Regular one or dual?

Dual dagger = only useful when there is PvP on it to cancel

are you sure about it? I think that you refer to situation with 1800 resist. But with 900 (or less) ele isn't bad idea I think.

element skills sux .... it isnt so hard to make 900 set and you will have if you are not idiot 120resist at least for each element and also every1 will have elemental protect so from your 300 attributed weapon you will get max 160attr and it isnt here so hard to get some resists buff which are boosted also and btw attribut damage was decreased.
300=+70%
150=+40%
35=+20% if i am right

You're wrong, test it again and prove with screenshots, 1h daggers with SA CD make more dmg than dual daggers that have no SA (-CD) and remember that dual dagger +4  got 2-3% lower CD then 1H Dagger +CD

New Dual blow  skill is not a lol reason to roll to dual daggers.. So i still prefer for pvps 1H daggers with SA CD!

I decided to keep using normal dagger with cd and blows +++ ele (enchant route will be changed one day) and dual dagger holy for pve.
