"1. Players are not allowed to:
1.3 On USSR [x15] server - log in more than 3 characters (opened clients) simultaneously."

Is here any person who respect this rule? Is here any GM who take care of this, to ppl respect this rule?

Answer is NO

Ppl exping on more than 3 account. Ppl killing solo RB on more than 3 account.
Please change this or change this rule.
