few questions...new player

Hi, im new to rpg-club...
Me and some other friends (4-7) are considering the possibility to start on rpg-club 15x..So i decided to check a few things before doing it.

1- how many boxes allowed per computer?
2- how is the server? i mean... still pretty alive..pvp based and clan based??
3- how is the market for new players?? everything is overpriced or S grades are resonable priced?
4- www.l2on.net -----> those online numbers refers to the 15x?
5- Any ETA for high five migration??
6- programs like battleping are allowed here??

it's not so apocalyptic.
but yes, think about it coz admins are disappeared weeks ago while they promise H5 updates.
we waited months and nothing so players are kinda pissed off and lot of ppl left. but if you dont need massive players it's still ok..dunno if they will do somthing. if situation will remains like this, well I think server will die totally.

To what server is everybody migrating? I'm a bit outdated to all this private server stuff and I only now RPG and Dexternet.

2- It's ok, you can still see starter in newbie towns, ppl doing Pailakas, pvp, etc
3- Market has suffered lots of changes in the last 3 months, but people get by. I don't know what would be a good business for starters, tho.
4- Don't know if numbers are accurate or not, but the online I see with my own eyes is ok.
5- Last word about that was "October" and it's still unofficial.
6- Don't know what battleping does, but as far as I know, 3rd party stuff at the very least frown upon.


And take my word of advice: Disregard what emofägs say about server dying, people leaving, etc. It's true that some nolifing server jumpers left to start all over again, like their life cycle demands, but everyone else is still playing.

battleping is a proxy program to get less ping/lag.
I think it's non 3rd party program so it's ok, I suppose.

lots of ppl talking about ws...donations are way to overpowered..and they ruined the server by launching it with lots of advantages for the russians only...now americans cant do shit if they dont donate and farm like a nolifer to catch up...
then there is rpg-club..and aria...i just dont feel liek playing on an empty server...or a server where gms give advantages to some players..but i dont really wanna start on a server that is already dead..and this forum is quite scaring...

It is, yes. Mad ppl, Mad ppl everywhere. Still a decent server to play, tho. We are having issues with a severe lack of communication with staff and H5 upgrade, but it's definitely not an empty server. Go on and see for yourself, check olympiads, Varka spawn, Imperial Tomb, FoG, HB Spawn, Wastelands and Enchanted Megaliths, SoD spawn (when closed) and even Silent Valley.

Peak hours are during olympiads (18:00 - 00:00 GMT+3) after that most of the online is us latinos and you still see pvp.

now im even more scared lol..
i received a pm yesterday  saying some facts..and when i stop to think about it..its quite possible to be true...
guy told me that this ws is from the same owner as rpg-club.
and the explanation he gave me was this:

just think about it...rpg-club announces that it is going high five pt 5 soon..
then all of a sudden..the staff members disappear..
and the ws project starts with beta....gms saying its launching soon and all..
then ws releases the live version and joins l2on.net .... but the on line number is not showing cause its "not working"
no problem with that...but then..suddenly.it starts working..and showing the on line number..and at the same time...rpg-club leaves l2on.net.
The thing is..they wanted a new server, cause that means more money, but wiping one of the existing ones..would be bad for the community image...so just launch a new identity..and let the community "leaves" rpg-club.. to join theyr own "new identity" server....
that way they didnt lose players....they gathered lot of new ones...and they gathered shit tons of new donations..that wouldnt be made on rpg-club..where noone needs to XP faster anymore.

donations make exp/drop times two, and ruskies are lvl 85 vesper..think about it lol. and btw is pretty laggy.

Ok guys, i tried but i failed. Nobody wants or is able to give me any answers at all. I am exactly in the same boat as you guys are, knowing almost nothing of what happens.

It really hurts me to see the community treated this way but sadly i simply can't do anything. As i said from the first moment i joined as mod/gm here, i am doing it for the players primarily and i hope i did at least a half decent job out of it. I've put a lot of passion here but i couldn't do more with the tools at my disposal (which were extremely limited). What can i say now? Just be happy the offer is more diverse. I will still be around if my help will ever be required by players and admins alike. But if they stay quiet it's just like i'm not here at all.

I will lock this thread now until an admin or moderator will have any news to share with the community. Don't open other threads about this, discussion will continue when ever there will be something new to discuss about this update.

Admins stopped caring for the server. If u want play vs bugger/3rd progs user/boot army... start play here.

And one more. SOD last open..2 weeks ago. If u want 300 in ur weapon, u must put dark/holly. Other ecs : unavailable.
If u start solo/3-4 ppl.. u never see SA in ur s80/s84 weapon..
