Names containing Cyrillic characters?

I really hope this won't be possible, logged onto the 1x to check the donation shop and saw people with Cyrillic characters in their names.. This could be abused to the extend that people who don't speak Russian are unable to /target, /invite, /block, etc... those players.;

So will this option also be avaible on the English server or is it strictly limited to the Russian servers?

Coz i guess some russians would like to have Cyrillic nick to be able to read it to them selfs.....
Thats sad, but after study english 5 or 6 years in school, most cant even say a word
