Im close to 83 with 25k fame... How good is vampiric mist? Like gehenna? Whats reuse time?

great skill for oly,but well debuff almost never lands on players,so well its just good for de-hiding daggers.

It does drain if target still has some percentage of hp ,if thats what you wanted to know
