Oly - TW jewels stack?

If i wear 2 oly rings or 2 tw earrings (i know that 1 earring and 1 earring works) i got x2 bonus? Ingame description doesn't say that you can't get twice bonus but checking rochand or base.l2j.ru  descriptions there it say you can't (the msg of If a character wear two....)

one friend has 2 x goddard earring and when he wear both he has +16 fire (each one is +8 fire) so...?? :S

u wont gat double effect from 2 TW earings from different towns with same attributes: ex. Earing of Gludio and Earing of Goddard wont give 2x15% stun attack, but just 15%.
