my friend`s ticket after 2 months of not resolving it, has been deleted
dunno if that`s cause of new owner of scammed account was guy in stricly russian clan  or just cause of laziness

I had some tickets resolved very fast also, probably it depends on the GM that starts solving specific ticket.

ye i confirm. Alice doing his/her job very well and he resolved my ticket in about one hour.
but scam ticket still is not resolved even if i answered few times on it

if the ticket had status:resolved, that means reopening it again wont help u
