A problem with a forum account

Hello guys , well i played RPG x15 back on days when there was still AFL playing and etc , i had a char and forum acc both on one email , now i do want to get back my char , but i tottaly forgot on what email i made it , so my question is there any chance to see on what email i did my Forum acc ? Since whne i press "forget password" and put another email to get a message for password , im not getting it , so seems i need the original email that i made a acc with it , please dont spam and etc just answer if some one know how to help me , thanks in advange
