If your name doesnt have x5 after it,than you cant change it for free.

I am trying since first day of merge to change one of my chars that has x5 at end and still says that rurs needed

Wasn't it just for free only for chars on x5 and x15 with the same name? Nymfox5 and Nymfo on x15, changed as soon as i saw my char merged to x15 as NymfoX, for free.

If you can't change nickx5, just send a ticket. Some people iknow got msg back within 24 hours and could change their nickname without any problems.
