About a ticket.

Hello there.

I am gonna write here now about this coz i am a little bit scared coz due the server merge problemes, admins wont be able to check my ticket.

well, i got scammed right before server merge but i could manage to get back my email and char, all other things were written in my ticket.

i made the ticket 4 days ago and still no answer yet. (thats why i write now).

i wont write public the ticket's id, but it's name is: Gergő Koródy IG char: Gerike

6-7 days from me and 8 days from a friend and still no answer :/

i quess they are very busy coz of merge or dont know.... but the more delay on a scammed topic ticket = the harder to search back for items :/ this is what i am scared for

merge already happened, they are not that busy IMO

so still waiting for answers... or at least just tell us something for example: "sorry in the following days we wont be able to reply on tickets" or something like this....

there were times u had to w8 more than 2 weeks to get an answer for scams. Don't be hasty ppl

PS. If u never answer to gerike or u don't return his items it's fine.. <3 :*

imo these "scam tickets" more complicate to check back (logs etc, who traded to who blablala) and thats why it is delaying.

dude my pc was reinstalled, i had YAHOO email (wich has the best security), i had totaly different email adress/pass, i was changing my password on every weekstart, NOBODY knew my password, and when i ran norton it didnt find ANY virus in my pc. i even followed the account security thing from rpg site.... i never ever used my yahoo mail's id/pass anywhere else NEVER.

my char was scammed too with my mail but i managed to get it back by alternative email so at least i got the char back.

and yes, i am still wondering why some ppl gettin scammed few times and others didnt get scammed since YEARS.

I'm wonder to konw if there any posibility to protect befor buy scamed item and what happend with this game if you don't have warranty to keep your item. My friend few days ago buy S84 bow, and today when he log in game his bow dissaper and he are convinced that GM took his bow, coz arrow aren't disarm. Previously when GM took some item from his char, back adena to inventory. Now he lost everything bow and adena. And yes he write a ticket to support.
But what we can do to protect against such situation?

Edit: Alice replay that his money back to him, but he sold his DB and now he without weapon.
