There are a few steps but its easy.

Go to My videos and sellect the blue highlighted text...It can either be *View Copyright Info*,*Audio disabled* or *Matched third party content*, after that sellect *I want to learn more about the dispute process.*-------->*Take me to the dispute form.*
Select option 2 at the first question and paste this text :
*Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use, for purposes such as criticism, comment,news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Basicaly its a copyright act that explains youre not using the music content for monetary gain.Most guys put this into the video description but its useless.
