Chat ban

Hi,i have problem,i get chat ban today first on 60m,than 120min,than on my dwarf i get 600 minutes because i write wtb db clean,i write without capslock,i didnt spam i dont know why.... $:-\$

I got 10h chat ban for only 1 shout. "wtb ic boots parts and craft", wtf is that? 1shout = 10h chat ban, someone is crazy...

Why you dont give chat ban to ppl who spam in shouts? Why you give it to to ppl who shout only once?

Good joke. I have to be loged 10h to have chat available... Why the hell you disabled full chat option? Atm I cant play my main (nick Storm in game), cuz this retarded chat ban for all chat options...

dont think. On my char is 293min till ill have chat available

Got exact same problem. Did 1 shout 10 hour chat ban, same with my friend....
