Error after update updater

It seems most of the people using windows vista have that error
Admin did you made any test before updating the files you changed today ?

something is screwed with updater files,anyway you have to wait till they will fix files or you can do it like me :

Rename rpgupdater.exe to > tmprpgupdater.exe or any other name
Change Language to English in system\localization.ini
Run l2 from system\l2.exe

That will let you bypass updater

PS. That's only solution that i found so far
