Merge would be great in my opinion, x5 loosing players day by day, its very sad for me, coz i lead clan with 100+ players, and they often complain. x5 and x15 are one sided, sad but true, lack of pvp, thats why ppl leave. Merge would be nice boost, fight between best clans from both servers, i bet lots of players will back to game. Rates arent problem, something between 5-10x is ok. Admins, please, reconsider this coz we talk about future of both servers, better to keep one server with lots of players than two half dead servers

x15 is even low for me, so x5-10 would be suicide. That would really be a negative thing. There is much more ppl in x15, so rates should be left like it is.

It can be done only after h5 update or maybe the best option ON the UPDATE

you see normaly l2 files was made for 5k ppl you can even see that all ru.off servers has a cap of 5k because as you already saw what happens with files when server has more than 5k - skills oe in tw etc etc .

Not really, people could ext at 15x, farm adena and such then just change 5x with tons of adena from 15x (higher rate) and buy gear on 5x and rock there...

And what makes you think, that ppl from x5, are even care about this? This kind of movement will boost the economy due to the large amount of money that, this players, will invest on the market! And then a positive domino will take place! Market demand will be high again and ppl will react with farm/craft which also give an even larger boost to the economy.
Consider this too. When enough players move to x5 the stock on the market will not be able to support all of them at once and farming/crafting can not be instant. So, personal boost will be delayed and a certain balance will be maintained. Not to mention that prices on the market will rise due to high demand.
On the other hand, there is a probability that the players who will move are fewer and able to become seriously strong very fast. Even in this situation the players will, again, not be against it. Cause? For the server, will be boost either way for both economy and population.

there is really needed a server merge at least for chars 80 + or active clans , seriously sieges and nobody attacks , staying with 3-4 pt's in front of castle and not even randoms appear few randoms on the ground for fame , not to mention even for epics isnt much fight there maybe is a bit but sux
