Time of get RUR's after donate

Hi!

Anyone who has donated can tell me how many time passed since you donated untill you get RUR's?

On Donate topic it said 48h max, tonight I will make the 48h and still didn't got them.

I know that i must ask for support ticket but first i want know what should add to the tickets (what screens or whatever)

I saw on x5 forum that another guy has same problem, maybe is MoneyBookers problem.

I need them before Monday due to change sub/main service.
