item dissapear

How can my best item dissapear over the night ? and only this. nothing else. my +10 Draconic bow masterwork Focus +150 earth. Can this be a hack? i don't think so. i would be empty if i was hacked. Any Admin please answer me and i hope u sort this out asap.
