Changing main with sub

I was looking for some info about changing main with some of your subs and i didn't found nothing! So i wanna know  is it possible at all, how much will cost me, how i can pay? Thanks for the help and if there isn't a special section somewhere in the site/forum where players can check what they can do (change name, e-mail etc.) it will be great to create one.
