Problem with log in

Hi, I and some of my friend have problem to log in from some internet providers  and for example my friend have 2 connections Netia and TPSA. From tpsa all is ok but from netia he can't log in. Yesterday all was ok, but today we can't log in. From my side i do all what i can (restar router , uptade client, check for virus), please do smth before TW

we had same problem in my cp during last day, i made updates and everything was fine for me but from some ppl from my CP it didnt worked.

my acount donw in 10 our 15 min after log in game only 5x.. help pls
