Inventory Bug

Today when i logged i cant see my tts earring... it looks like its still on my inventory but i cant see the item click on it or remove it... a friend logged my acc and he saw all itens... he removed the itens and put it on bag, when i logged after i saw all 5 jewells... after equip all jewells the last jewell(earring) disappear after equip it and all back to begin

i get normal stats from item but cant touch it after equip
