Help me pls i can`t log in

I have a problem...I can`t log in...i mean i log choose my char and after that pres start....after i do that screen gets blocked with the loading picture...pls help me GM ... The weired thing is that I can log in on another char on same account only on main char i can`t...pls help me who can...i`ve sent even ticket...
