When i get home today i'll make a test for that fear +30 and fraps. But from what i saw on level 85vs85 and boss jwl set on both chars, fear lands extremely hard. And i have a +50 Archangel Sword. But yes, when it lands, it lasts quite a lot.

Under what conditions u want to check it, oly buffed, normal pvp buff, smt else?

Resummoned pet will have the buffs, even if that was a potion.

well if files are retail ones the chance for any debuff must be 10%
that dont means fear should land 1 out of 10
i tryed on retail a lot of  low lvl debuffs and are landing pretty well
u can try full epic char vs full epic char and with normal +3 weapon

dead pet w/o nobles lose all buff
dead pet with nobles keep buffs
if u unsummon buffed pet and resummon it will keep the buffs

do it with some mage char, not your GM char, I mean to have the passive skills/stats (Int,wit,men, whatever)

At oly with oly buffs (no mental shield) + elegia + full epic +0 i wasn't feared more than 6-7 sec by MV. It depends also on that how many is the lvl difference between the chars. At x5 i feared with a lvl 77 SH an A-grade arcer until i nuked him to death, some S-grade daggers for 6-10 secs only. And if im not wrong, debuffs cannot be applied again until they lasts.

I didn't promise, i said i should have them. As of now i only have info on something that is of no one's concern and on the "main class change" service problems.

Yes thats about correct (fear which can be enchated for time), land rate isnt anything special, depends on matk/mdef difference quite a lot and jewels used on target.

Look, I know, but ...  I think the server would be able to have an open beta. Im sure many bugs, if any, would be quickly accrued. The members of this forum want to help Im sure if there was a more massive support, the server would open full faster.

i agree is time to up h5 and stop,
i'm damn bored to wait for h5 bonus exp while playing on my old server.

up h5 cmon,servers are tired of  "waiting for godot".

This is not the POINT! Not  for fun or becouse u dont have another think to do or another server to play. But for a faster bugs correction.verification of important things are or are not functioning well, or not,  etc.

+1 massive testing from whole server will show up faster every existing error/bugg/missing data
