I don't remember this, so it must have happened while i was away. It really sounds regrettable and it makes me a little mad that they didn't ban him permanently from first proof. But to be frankly, it's just their mentality. Even when i was around i had to bring several arguments and proof when i wanted to ban some abuser. They are just hard to understand, it has nothing to do with favoritism or anything else.

you were there when redalert was banned, tbh you were only reason some ppl got banned for l2r on rpg club
if rpg would have more people carying about gameplay free of cheats and not only about money, it would be more pleasent for cheating free players. Although im pretty sure while finding best possible ways of baning and unbaning involving real money for unban you can figure some good way to make sure situations like with redalert and others wont happen again.
If about merge I guess thats only reasonable action to do unless you want really to keep x5 runing the way it is.
About new server start I strongly suggest after summer for sake of all Same goes for updates I guess, better implement well working h5 instead of risking downtimes and stuff after small time, just to be sure.
