If i'm not mistaken, when decrypting the header is auto chosen if any compatible one is found. When encrypting you have to manually chose a header.

Let's put my problem the following way: i want to change the font to the na/eu default one. I saw people did it on gracia final by editing the interface.xdat file. Obviously, that file is not compatible with the H5 client. So, how did people edit that file? And if the font wasn't changed that way, what is the correct way to change the font to the retail one?

p.s. the underline from the html links is server side? Or can this be removed client side also? (ex.: links from teleport gk, it just looks bad with all the text underlined)

About the update, if olympiad is capped to 70 matches per week, the update will be made at the begining of the month, oly will be off in gf for a while, or the devs did not know about this?

Since i can't enter the instance alone, i can't do it. And just summoning them won't provide satisfactory answers, since it seems part of AI won't work if it isn't done in the proper way (that is, entering the instance). If you insist, i will do it by summoning those minions, just provide me with exact name of the npc's.
