MV try stacked oly buffs EE root vs stacked oly buiffs TH. It should be 10% min resist and 90% max i think

and try +15 chane rush impsact zereker wit epics on x3m freya minions and the boss itself

I've just tried EE 85 DC set and vesper buster acumen vs adventurer 85 elegia set (no buffs either side). Without any jewels on, "dryad root" landed like 1 in 4 times. With 2 vorpal jewels, it landed like 1 in 8 times. With antharas, baium and aq it landed once in over 30 times.

So no, i don't think the minimum land rate for debuffs is 10% no matter what. Or maybe this is a Part 4 feature? I tried looking in patch notes and i didn't see this change anywhere.

But it seems on retail that the lvl of the skill affect the time of the debuff, i.e an ee root would stay 3-4s when a pp-se root would stay 25-30s

Well, in that case, more extensive tests are needed which i don't have the time to do. I will try a level 20 archer stun and see if it lands at least once.
