Item Skill: Empower lvl 9

Life Stone 70 lvl give me a skill Empower lvl 9 in Valhalla. But when i use it, it gives me only 44 m.atk ...
Must it be like this or not ?!

It's no surprise. Dont expect any miracles. I think that amount of matk is correct. In most cases are numbers very ridiculous whether the sub class skills or augment or whatever in L2

its correct, lvl 10 on teon gave me about 60 matk if i remember well - useless ^^
augumentations clarity and decrease reuse delay ftw
