got scammed

[Lullabies]

Hello 2 days ago i logged in with my char (Lullabies) and alla my items where gone..i looked in my warehouse but all my items and materials where gone there too...i made a post at a topic named (stole item,hack account) but i didn't got any answer.Please if there is any GM and can help me somehow please do it...
Last time i logged (with my items on my char) was 3 days ago and i was on my clans clan hall at Schuttgart (clan MolonLave).
PLEASE if there is anything that can happen so i get my items back PLEASE help me!! (and something more,those items i borrowed from my friends that stopped playing till i make my on items).
