colored system and other files

I am looking for some english colored system. Anyone could send me file please?

Also would love to get a file for the skillbar to see skill re use in seconds or in %.

And finally would be nice to have a file to prevent delay when changing windows with alt+tab. I think this file is called like snooze or something.
