It gets restarted once a week after midnight.

There were some files made by russian users way back when, that disable the animation. However, I am not sure where you can find them. Maybe some other players can share.

There should be a restart on Friday > Saturday, some time after midnight.

1. Rune 30% is working correctly. It gives % to base parameter xp. You cannot get a refund.
2. RB drop: chance х3, amount х1

All new servers, after some time when online becomes low, are merged with x15 Federation server. However, there are no such thing as wipe. All your stuff will be moved to the x15 including chars and items.
However, if your nickname already exists on x15, suffix x(number of server rates) will be added, for example: Leonka -> Leonkax3 or something like that. You can change it after merge for free as I remember correctly.
